Owner Operators

Wood Brothers Logistics is a fleet that primarily consists of owner operators. We are a small growing carrier that understands drivers are not just a number. That drivers are very important to a carrier’s growth and success.

We are currently looking for owner operators/small fleet owners who want to lease on with Wood Brothers Logistics. Our primary operating areas are in the northeast, southeast, and midwestern areas of the United States (East of I-35).

We offer the following:

• Pay is 80% to owner operator.
• Dry Van trailer rental program available
• ComData fuel card available
• Keeptruckin ELD’s (no charge)
• IFTA filing
• Base Plate (Plan available for weekly settlement deduction, if you don’t have your own)
• Self disptach available for experienced owner operators

Insurance Physical Damage Liability and Non-Trucking Liability (Bobtail) insurance are required to be purchased by the terms of the lease agreement. Also, must have proof of Workmen’s compensation or Occupational Accident insurance coverage.

When leasing on we will need a copy of your tractor title and or lease/purchase agreement proving ownership of the equipment. Wood Brothers Logistics will also need a copy of your Federal heavy highway use form 2290.

Prefer tractor to be seven years or newer. Proof of DOT inspection required not older than 30 days or an inspection can be done at a Wood Brothers Logistics approved provider.
